The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a very quiet area, really close to France, and fields and woods. Got the same double room with lovely firm bed booked online, enjoyed that. The cost was £ 82.

I always stay at this lovely place. First time the staff helped with restaurant tips. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining, restaurant, coffee shop, picnic area. Coming back for a romantic escape.

The room at L'Allee Des Peupliers was cozy and welcoming, with a kitchen that made me feel right at home. It had a stovetop and all the kitchenware needed to whip up a quick meal. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the calm and peaceful atmosphere during my stay.
Personally, I found having a microwave in the room unnecessary. But hey, everyone's different, and some might appreciate the convenience.

The rural setting of the hotel provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for a relaxing escape. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt at home during our stay. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a great advantage, allowing us to bring our dog along and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with our furry friend.
The breakfast offered was a bit simple, consisting of a croissant, baguette, and a few slices of cheese. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.

A quirky rural idyll providing the perfect pet-friendly break en route to the south of France. Surrounded by fields and woods, this is not the place to come if you are looking for fancy restaurants and an exciting night life. You feel as if you are miles from anywhere but in the capable hands of proprietors who are at one with the land, lovers of animals.
Can recommend this hotel.
